Each month % = Current $ balance + 30 day $ balance Total $ balance
So 100% means there is no exposure in 60 days & over. A % of less than 100% means there is exposure in 60 days & over. The % is calculated for the current reporting month plus 11 historical months.

Reviews & Actions keeps track of the number of times a debtor has been reviewed by a BTC member. There are 5 review or action types to select from including:
You can multi-select one or more options. We encourage members to complete this section each time a debtor is reviewed for the benefit of other members. By clicking on the Reviews & Actions rating a totals summary is shown.
The rating will point to the red section if any of items 3, 4 or 5 appear against the debtor. An alert email will also be sent to members that have the debtor as a customer.

BTCA apologises but as does not give trade references we feel it is only fair that other suppliers should not be asked by to supply trade references.
